FORT DODGE, Iowa — Clarksville sophomore Kori Wedeking had the top finish among Butler, Chickasaw and Floyd county runners Saturday, Oct. 28, at the Girls Class 1A Cross Country State Championship at Lakeside Golf Course in Fort Dodge. Wedeking placed 12th in individual results with a time of 19:47.3. Rockford senior Sheridan LaCoste placed 36th with a time of 21:00.8. NASHUA — Juniors Zach Bushbaum and Nick Goodrich led the Rockford boys golf team to a first-place finish Friday at the Class 1A Boys Sectional Golf Meet at the Nashua Town and Country Club.
