N-P at State Track, Day 3: Huck wins 800m title; hurdle team 7th
Nashua-Plainfield’s third day at the Iowa High School Track & Field Championships began with another record-breaking performance. Huskies sophomore Kadence Huck won the Class 1A girls 800m run with a personal best time of 2:11.75, another school record. Later, Huck was 2nd in the 1500m run with a time of 4:35.44. Cal-Wheatland sophomore Noelle Steines took first with a state record time of 4:35.43.
