N-P wrestlers finish 5th and 8th; Rinkens go for State titles tonight

Three of Nashua-Plainfield’s wrestlers finished in the top eight of their weight classes during Saturday’s Class 1A morning session at the State Traditional Wrestling Tournament in Des Moines. Two more will chase championships this evening. Sophomore Nic Brase (106) placed fifth, junior Titus Evans (170) took fifth, and senior Kendrick Huck (132) finished eighth.
