Vintage toy buyer accused of double theft
A Waterloo man accused of buying vintage toys using money stolen from the seller has been charged with a felony in Chickasaw County District Court. Elvis Puric, 34, is charged with second-degree theft, a Class D felony. According to the criminal complaint, Purvis went to a Fredericksburg address on Feb. 19 to buy vintage toys from another man. They made several transaction before the seller went to a back room to get a toy.
