Girls golf team 2nd in Osage, boys 3rd

Sophomore Paige Franzen led the Nashua-Plainfield girls golf team to a second place finish on Monday in Osage. The Green Devils took first with a team score of 219 followed by the Huskies (232) and West Fork (241). Franzen placed 1st individually with a 9-hole low of 47 followed by senior Autumn Nelson with a 52. (Full results)

The Nashua-Plainfield boys golf team placed third out of four teams at Monday’s meet in Osage. The Green Devils took first with a score of 153 followed by West Fork (166), the Huskies (197) and Riceville (219). Sophomore Dawson Glaser finished with N-P’s best 9-hole low of 44.
