Harley Dwayne Shuck, 40, of West Union, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine-third or subsequent offense (Class D felony) and was placed on two years of supervised probation. A sentence of up to 5 years in prison and fine of $1,025 plus a surcharge were suspended.

Alexander James Frazer, 22, of Oelwein, pleaded guilty in court on April 10 to two counts of manufacture, possession, delivery with intent to manufacture possess or deliver cocaine (less than 100 grams) and manufacture, possession, delivery with intent to manufacture, possess or deliver methamphetamine (more than 5 grams). His sentencing is scheduled for June 5.
