N-P’s football district changes out 2 schools

The Iowa High School Athletic Association recently announced the new football districts for the 2023 and 2024 seasons. Nashua-Plainfield is in Class A District 3 with:

  • AGWSR, Ackley (4-4, 2-3)
  • BCLUW, Conrad (4-4, 2-3)
  • North Butler, Greene (3-6, 2-4)
  • North Tama, Traer (2-7, 0-6)
  • South Winneshiek, Calmar (2-6, 2-4)
  • Wapsie Valley (7-3, 5-1)

WHAT CHANGED: Grundy Center (13-0, 5-0) and Hudson (4-5, 3-3) moved out of District 3 . North Butler and South Winneshiek moved in.
