Top 5 trio leads N-P girls to golf victory

Three of the top five golfers at the girls golf triangular on Monday in Manly were Huskies, giving Nashua-Plainfield a 3-stroke team victory. N-P scored 230 followed by the Central Springs (233) and Rockford (273).

Sophomore Paige Franzen and Central Springs senior Cooper Klaashen each shot 51 over 9 holes at the Pioneer Town and Country Club.

Rockford freshman Danika deBuhr took third with a 54.

N-P senior Autumn Nelson was fourth with a 57. Sophomore teammate Faith Franzen was fifth at 58.

N-P juniors Natalie Sinnwell and Payton Howland shot 64 and 80 respectively. Sinnwell tied for 10th and Howland was 16th.
