Nashua AM Update (April 18):

Good morning, it’s Tuesday, April 18, 2023.


Today: Sunny, with a high near 58. East wind 5 to 10 mph.

Tonight: A 60% chance of showers and thunderstorms between after 1 a.m. Increasing clouds, with a low around 43. Breezy, with an east wind 9 to 14 mph increasing to 15 to 20 mph after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 37 mph.

Wednesday — A 60% chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 68. Breezy, with a southeast wind 11 to 18 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph.

ALMANAC: How much did it snow?

The National Weather Service released preliminary snowfall totals for April 16-17. The heaviest was in the east.

Going east to west, Elkader in Clayton County saw 8 inches, Wadena in Fayette County got 6 inches, Fredericksburg received 3.5 inches and the west side of Nashua saw 1 inch.
