  • Nashua-Plainfield 42, AGWSR 8 — N-P benefitted from 6 turnovers including an interception returned for a touchdown. (Full story)
  • Grundy Center 56, BCLUW 8 — The Spartans clinched the regular season district championship
  • Wapsie Valley 41, North Tama 0 — Warriors quarterback Casey O’Donnell threw for two touchdowns, a 64-yard strike to Braden Knight and a seven-yard connection to Hunter Kane. Knight also scored two rushing touchdowns, one from 28 yards out. Kane and Traeton Sauerbrei each had a rushing touchdown.
  • North Linn 36, Hudson 0 (non-district) — Lynx senior quarterback Tate Haughenbury completed 11 passes for 150 yards and two touchdowns. He rushed for 99 yards and a touchdown. Sophomore Mason Bechen rushed for 142 yards and two touchdowns. He also caught one.

Hunter Bowers had four carries for 153 yards and three touchdowns, Tanner Thurn had seven for 140 and three touchdowns and Ryland Cornell had nine for 110 and two touchdowns.
  • Bellevue 42, South Winneshiek 28 — South Winn senior Keagen Streeter rushed 20 times for 128 yards and one touchdown. Junior Parker Timp scored two touchdowns. Senior Kaden Bullerman had one.

Senior Kade Mitchell also had a rushing touchdown and senior Trace Meyer caught a 24-yard touchdown pass from junior quarterback Davis Van Sickle.

  • North Fayette Valley 48, Union 7 — TigerHawks sophomore quarterback Decklyn Heins completed eight passes for 162 yards and a touchdown. Sophomore Ayden Burrow rushed 18 times for 155 and two touchdowns.
