* WHERE…Portions of north central and northeast Iowa and southeast Minnesota.
* WHEN…From 7 PM this evening to noon CDT Saturday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Plan on difficult travel conditions. Be prepared for significant reductions in visibility at times.
