CHARLES CITY — Floyd County granted a liquor license to new Cedar Ridge Golf Course owners Cary A. and Dena Perez.

The Board of Supervisors voted 3-0 for a class C liquor license. It’s term would be 8 months effective from March 20.

Auditor Gloria Carr said the owners were hoping to have it in place in time for an April 5 event.
