NASHUA, Iowa — Rolland Cagley returned to the Nashua City Council on Monday night. He was appointed to the council to fill out the term of Ryan Jung, who had resigned. According to the city website, Cagley has served multiple terms on the City Council. Cagley lost in a January special election for a pair of two-year terms on the council.   Charles City High School speech team members will perform at the All-State  Large Group Events Festival  this Saturday, Feb. 17, at the Iowa State Center in Ames. The improvisational team of sisters Lily and Emily Woodward is scheduled to perform at 10:40 a.m. in Center VII in the Scheman Building.
