A Westgate man was injured Friday evening in a crash at T Avenue and 110th Street.

According to the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office, it received a report about the crash at 7:48 p.m. An investigation determined that Ryan Ronald Steinbronn, 38, was driving a 2011 Ford F250 northbound on T Ave when the pickup left the roadway and entered into a farm field.

Steinbronn was transported to MercyOne in Oelwein for non-life threatening injuries. The vehicle is considered a total loss.

The Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by Westgate Fire and Ambulance. The accident remains under investigation.
