N-P BANDS UPDATE
The Nashua-Plainfield junior and senior high bands held their spring concert last night. Pictured here is the high school band.

Six Huskies attended the Dorian Band Festival at Luther College last weekend. The festival annually accepts about 500 student musicians from across the state nominated nominated by their band directors. They were divided into three honor bands that performed at the festival’s conclusion. N-P musicians participating were Madelyn Hennings, Hannah Percy, Aiden Sullivan, Cal Levi, Luke Paplow and Jordyn Frost, pictured below.

AG NEWS: Pipeline company seeks do-over in stray voltage lawsuit
A Fayette County jury ruled in January that the pipeline company created a nuisance that caused significant harm to Vagts Dairy Farm and awarded the family business $475 million in damages. An online hearing on the post-trial motion by NNG asking for a new trial is scheduled to begin at 8:15 a.m. Monday, March 6, before District 5 Judge David Nelmark.
