WF girls win relocated game against N-P

West Fork made itself right at home Friday, defeating Nashua-Plainfield 59-27.

The WarHawks are now 9-0. N-P is 2-7.

Leah Weaver led West Fork scorers with 20 points.

Kandace Huck and Jaylynn Pratt each scored 8 to lead N-P, followed by Marleigh Lowe, Bailey Fisher and Paige Franzen with 3 apiece. Myranda Webster scored 2.

Originally scheduled as an away game at West Fork, but a fire in a shot clock there forced it to be relocated to Nashua.

Up next: N-P travels to Rockford (1-8) on Tuesday, Jan. 10. Tip-off is at 6:15 p.m.
