Nashua AM Update (Dec. 29): Warmer today, freezing tonight; city doing water main dig

Good morning Nashua, it’s Thursday, Dec. 29, 2022.


After a foggy morning, today will be cloudy with a high of 38 and a slight chance of drizzle after 3 p.m. The night low is expected to be around 22. Patchy fog is again likely before 10 p.m. with a 20% chance of freezing drizzle before 11 p.m. and snow before midnight.

Friday will be mostly sunny, with a high near 31.


N-P high school sports will resume Monday, Jan. 2, with the varsity girls wrestling team traveling to Osage. Competition begins at 5 p.m.


Water main dig happening today

The city of Nashua will be doing a water main dig today. Water pressure around Wabash Avenue north of Sample Street could be affected at 9 a.m., said Nashua Water Superintendent Nick Henningsen in a Facebook post.
