Tonight, 1 to 3 inches of snow with a low around 7. Wind chill values as low as -5. South wind 6 to 10 mph becoming northeast after midnight.
Monday, will be mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming sunny, with a temperature falling to around 4 by 5 p.m. Wind chill values as low as -9. North wind 8 to 14 mph.
