CHARLES CITY — The new owners of Cedar Ridge Golf Course, Cary A. and Dena Perez are announcing some of the changes they are implementing.

For one, Cary Perez, a PGA professional, will offer private and group instruction for players of all ages and abilities, according to the course’s website.
