CHARLES CITY — Sydney Fullerton was crowned Floyd County Fair queen Friday during Party in the Park in Charles City’s Central Park. A 2017 graduate of Rudd-Rockford-Marble Rock, Fullerton plans to attend North Iowa Area Community College where she has signed to play golf. The first runner-up is Jayden Jorgensen.
