CHARLES CITY — The Charles City High School Junior and Senior Prom begins at 6:30 p.m. Saturday with the Grand March. Here is a rundown of what you need to know: The theme is “Night of a Thousand Lights.” The Prom King and Queen will be crowned the Grand March.
