Nashua-Plainfield’s playoff opener against Central City was postponed from Saturday to tonight (Monday, July 3). The Class 1A Substate 3 District 5 first-round game will begin at 5 p.m. at East Buchanan High School in Winthrop. The Iowa High School Athletic Association released the brackets on June 22 for the first round of postseason games in Classes 2A and 1A. The opening games were scheduled for Saturday, July 1.
