LEARN ABOUT AND TOUCH SHARKS AT NASHUA LIBRARY ON AUG. 19

Free tickets are available at the Nashua Public Library to see the National Mississippi Museum Ocean Odyssey Touch Tank from 10:30-11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 19. Tickets are required for admission because attendance is limited to 100 participants.

The museum will bring live ocean creatures to the library, some of which participants may get their hands wet and touch. The program will break down common misconceptions surrounding sharks and rays, explain their roles in the ecosystem, highlight their unique adaptations and show how you can help protect them.


SIGN UP ONLY AT THE LIBRARY IN PERSON! Tickets will be given out when you sign up at the library in person.

This event is funded by the CPPC Grant and Theisen’s Grant.

The 2023 Husky Football Camp began July 31 and will wrap up on Thursday, Aug. 3, for players in grades 5-12.
