Nancy Sheree Latham, 43, of Oelwein, entered an Alford plea to first-offense possession of marijuana (serious misdemeanor) and was sentenced to two days in jail. Seven other counts, including four felonies, were dismissed. She was among multiple people arrested after authorities executed a search warrant on Sept. 17 at 107 7th Ave. NW, Oelwein.

Joshua James Levendusky, 40, of Oelwein, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of first-offense possession of a controlled substance (serious misdemeanor) and was placed on one year of probation on a suspended sentence of two days in jail and a suspended fine of $430 plus a 15% surcharge. The original charge was possession of methamphetamine – third or subsequent offense, a Class D felony.
