Friday: Snow likely before noon, then a chance of flurries between noon and 3 p.m. Patchy blowing snow between 1pm and 4 p.m. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 34. Breezy, with a south wind 14 to 18 mph becoming northwest in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 29 mph. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
