An online survey is underway regarding health in Floyd County.

County Auditor Gloria Carr has sent out this message;

“Please help Gail Arjes, Floyd County Public Health Director, gather information to help evaluate the health needs of the community by completing this survey: https://cerrogordohealth.iad1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_9AAhqOIVRKz5jwi. This information will assist with funding opportunities to meet those needs.

 

“It would be greatly appreciated if you could help spread the word by sharing the link with others and encouraging them to complete the survey as well so as much data can be collected to obtain where our strengths and weakness in our community stand.
