CHARLES CITY — An evening of wine, appetizers and live music from the Juni West band on Friday, Nov. 15, will help rebuilt the Floyd County Fairgrounds, which was damaged over the summer by a tornado. The fundraiser will be from 7-10 p.m. at the Youth Enrichment Building at the Fairgrounds.
