CHARLES CITY — The New Year’s Eve Bash is 8 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Dec. 31, at the Floyd County Fairgrounds Youth Enrichment Center will feature  renown hypnotist Jim Ward and  DJ music.There will be snacks and a cash bar.

Tickets are $25 in advance at 401 N. Main in Charles City, $30 at the door.
