Floyd County Conservation has planned a series of day camps, the first being “Fantastic Beasts Camp” on June 15 for third grade graduates and older at the Fossil & Prairie Park in Rockford. “Discover what makes the Fossil & Prairie Park Preserve a unique habitat and how the animals that live here utilize the ecosystem,” a Floyd County Conservation announcement says. “Includes snacks, crafts and a ‘Peterson First Guide to Trees.'”
