The event is in conjunction with National Library Week.

“We are gathering plenty of local heroes for everyone to meet,” the announcement on the city of Nashua’s website says “The event will be filled with special ‘mystery readers’ from local police, fire, EMS, and  military representatives.”

Each reader will be reading to kids of all ages, a book related to their respective profession.

Emergency vehicles will be on hand for kids and adults to check out and enjoy.
