A West Union man accused fondling a 16-year-old girl beneath her clothing has entered an Alford plea and is scheduled for sentencing later this month. Kyle Lee Wurzer, 35, of West Union, in his plea agrees that a jury could reasonably find him guilty of assault with intent to commit sexual abuse. He reached a plea deal with prosecution that includes dismissal of a Class C felony count of third-degree sexual abuse. Prosecution also will recommend a suspended sentence and up to one year of probation.
