CHARLES CITY — Cory and Lanie Sanvig are planning to open a micro-brewery in October across South Main Street from the Floyd County Courthouse. Part of that plan involves some help from the Charles City Community Revitalization Facade Improvement Program. The Charles City Council will consider the Sanvigs’ application for $9,540 from the facade program. The Sanvigs estimate the project will cost $19,080. The building at 100 S.
