CHARLES CITY — Leon “LeRoy” Cleveland, 81, of Charles City, passed away Monday, April 3, 2017 at his home. A memorial service for LeRoy Cleveland will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, April 8, 2017 at The Bridge Church (First Wesleyan Church) in Charles City with Pastor Robert Williams officiating. A gathering of family and friends will be at the church on Saturday, April 8, 2017 from 12:30 p.m. until the start of the memorial service.
