CHARLES CITY — Jane Ellen Biggers, 66, died peacefully at her home on Friday, March 31, 2017. Jane’s family and friends will be gathering at Hauser Funeral Home from 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 5, 2017. A private family burial will take place at Riverside cemetery in Charles City at a later date. Jane Ellen (Rich) Biggers was born on Oct. 2, 1950, to Thomas and Elaine (Schmitt) Rich in Mason City, Iowa.
