The Floyd County Fair  has a new carnival this year with more rides, vending and attractions, organizers announced on the Fair Facebook page. Unlimited daily wristband specials will be offered for $25 on Wednesday- Friday from 5-9 p.m. and noon to 4 p.m. and 5-9 p.m. on Saturday.
