CHARLES CITY — The Charles City Police Department is trying to return items stolen from cemeteries to their rightful owners. “Back in December, we told you about a case where we had recovered quite a few items which were taken from area cemeteries,” says a post on the department’s Facebook page. “We have been returning numerous items to the owners since then but still have these items left.
