COMET VOLLEYBALL RANKED 14th IN CLASS 4A

Charles City (27-13 in 2022) is 14th in Class 4A, according to the 2023 Preseason Iowa Volleyball Rankings compiled by the Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union, which were released Monday.

Waverly-She’ll Rock is 15th.

The Comets are scheduled to open the season tonight at a triangular in Saint Ansgar, which is ranked 9th in Class 1A, at 5 p.m. Waterloo Christian is the third team.
